When the ambient temperature is above 38°C and construction is carried out on the asphalt road, the temperature of the heating plate can be adjusted to between 190°C and 200°C; when the ambient temperature is below 38°C and the construction is carried out in the field, the temperature of the heating plate can be adjusted to 200°C -210℃. 3. Check the misalignment rate before the pipes are connected, and the misalignment rate is not more than 10% of the wall thickness of the pipe. If the misalignment rate exceeds 10% of the wall thickness of the pipe, the contact surface of the weld will be smaller than the wall thickness of the pipe, which will affect the welding effect.
